It has never meant to be that strict, just a way to check communication
skills or/and work willing, regardless if the task was completed or not.
With the student(s) I am pinging, I am just ensuring they have all the
development HW/Environment requirements. The intention is to avoid accepting
a student who does not even have a bootable instalation...
