Hi,
the encoding is a modified UTF-7:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3501#section-5.1.3
already some code which can parse / transform it into a BString. Have no
clue at all about encoding, means also basic tips are welcome!

in bug #7214 we encountered this kind of string encoding:
"&....-"
How to display it correctly, convert it into utf8?
