I've tried the
WebPositive browser and i faced an issue with that. I was randomly

Then I closed it and I tried reopening it, but it was not opening.
Web+ tends to take breaks on occasion and just sits there for half a
minute. Then it continues working like nothing has happened...
If you close it while one one of those siestas, the window may
disappear, but the app is still running (or napping or whatever it
does). You'll still see the "WebPositive" entry in Deskbar's list of
running apps. Before you can re-start Web+, you have to kill the old
zombi either with TeamMonitor, ProcessController or the handy Vulcan
Death Grip: hold SHIFT+CTRL+ALT and click on the Web+ entry still shown
in the Deskbar.
