[haiku-development] Commit access for Adrien Destugues (PulkoMandy)

Hi there,
I'd like to propose giving Adrien svn write access. He has sent in a
considerable number of patches for his GSOC project. During the process, he
has accommodated to our coding style, such that he has even started to apply
it to code that he has passed, but not written himself.
Additionally, it would really simplify the upcoming work on ICU within the
gsoc-locale-kit branch, as I expect quite some shuffling around of files,
which can't really be done within a patch.
So, what do you think?
