Let me give a whack at adding it to the Appearance preflet.
I need a small break from the radeon_hd stuff :)
I ripped out most of the *old* OpenBeOS Decorator code from the
Appearance preflet and started over...

Let me do some final polishing and maybe add Decorator information
under the dropdown.
