I have some changes for HDS waiting that will implement a monitoring
URL. This is waiting on another change of mine to reach release on a
third party library. After that, hopefully some better monitoring can
be setup for this.
All of the outages have tended to be related to the host environment as
opposed to HDS. In the past the outages have generally tended to be
related to the host exhausting its memory and not having swap
configured. I am not however too sure if I understand the cause of this
last one.
