WonderBrush has many more tools and can do tons more than ShowImage;
no doubt about that. But there are cases where the less featured and
more minimalistic app does the job better and faster.

In the quick and dirty image "patching" department, which is what
ShowImage's editing features obviously target, ShowImage is more
efficient as you can do what you need in a very visual,
straightforward and simple way.

Doing the same in WB means dealing with layers, objects, switching to
tools, menus, etc.. This makes sense for more involved graphics work
that have high quality requirements, but it is more time consuming and
not really necessary for the quick and dirty image patching jobs that
ShowImage so nicely catered to before these changes were made.
