Well if you're using keyboard to navigate to a folder and then select a
specific file using arrows in that folder you want to replace or use it's
filename as a base for your new file then you suddenly discover that you
can't continue moving selection using arrow key that would be a downside.
Also Alt+down is not needed as you can use Tab/Shift+Tab.
