 I'm curious, why is it annoying? If you've picked a file in the list, then
 in more cases than not one of two actions will follow: either 1) clicking
 save, or 2) using that filename as the basis of the filename you want to
 save to, in which case you'll be editing what just got into the text
 control. In case 1 it makes no difference that it shifts focus since
 you'll be clicking the save button anyways, while in case 2 it saves you
 the step of having to shift focus yourself. What's the downside?
