Until now I haven't even managed to change the default red... :) Changing
values of {{{ rgb_color kHighlightFrameColors[6] }}} doesn't seem to cut

Don't bother, there's a seperate ticket (#6928) for it now, suggesting
things could be arranged through the Appearance preflet. This might also
be an approach for your Resizing Management (as far as colours are
concerned).
