 There's a mismatch between the number of resizing actions that should be
 possible -- 4 borders x 2 directions each (inwards/outwards) -- and the
 number of mouse movement directions -- 4 directions (ignoring diagonal
 movements). I don't think one can get around using the click position to
 specify what border(s) to move.
