So it's HD4600, Haswell, ID 0x0416, from that windows file.
I expect setmode isn't working yet in the driver, you card is newer than
the newest one I have to test with currently, unfortunately.
In the meantime there were more fixes to git, so your best bet is just a
recent nightly. Always interesting to hear if that still did not change
anything for you.. or if it did. Probably not, but I always like to rule
out things. Sorry it takes long all in all..
