No changes here, there is still some confusion about interrupt numbers,
and interrupts don't work, so the card insertion is never detected.
Since this is no longer preventing boot, I'm fine with moving it out of
beta4. Not sure what to do about it myself, as I'm not familiar enough
(yet) with the interactions between PCI and ACPI for interrupts setup
here.
