I don't see anything too bad with the logs you provided now. This device
is a bit special because apparently it does not only SD cards, but also
other card types, and the driver needs to be careful about this.
But now it detects that no cards are inserted, and that should not prevent
booting further.
Does it work if you blacklist the sdhci_pci driver? Just to make sure the
driver is at fault and I should look at it closer, or if there's another
problem elsewhere.
