#16116: Change standard icon size for Desktop to 48x48

Haiku has beautiful icons. Seriously, very beautiful icons. Recently, a
YouTube reviewer was complaining that these beautiful icons were too small
to notice, especially in menus. Menus are different story, alright, they
need a different UX pattern, but I think the least we can do is make the
Desktop icons a tad bigger. Let me show you with screenshots attached.
As you can see, 48*48 size has the perfect balance between being too large
and showing enough detail. However, 32*32 icons are a bit too small, and
they do not show enough detail.
I believe this is the perfect opportunity to showcase some nice Haiku
goodies.
