This is hrev53634.
Haiku should have ability to dynamically register unwind/exception
handling information like [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-
us/windows/win32/api/winnt/nf-winnt-rtladdfunctiontable
RtlAddFunctionTable] in Windows. This is required for handling dynamically
generated code, non C/C++ languages and custom module loaders.
