Style review:
- Always exactly two blank lines between struct declarations, functions,
etc (Font.h lines 130, 348)
Functional review:
- ServerProtocol.h: I don't know if it is allowed to change the protocol
this way. Do we guarantee any compatibility accross versions here? (for
remote_app_server and the like)
Other than this, it looks like a good start. We will have to see if the
performance is a problem in actual uses cases and if it can be improved.
