What about Cmd+Tab for next tab, Cmd+Shift+Tab for previous tab?
It makes mnemonic sense because it correlates the tab key with Window tab
and it's a lot easier to perform than Cmd+[PgUp|PgDn] which is a 2-handed
operation on most keyboards.
