 I got the same problem too when using hrev46476 (self built). When I boot
 Haiku "normally", the boot process stops before the first icon lights up.
 When I disable the SMP, I can boot Haiku, but with only one CPU instead of
 4.
 Next, I have disabled the IO APIC, but the boot stops at the 3rd icon.
 And now I boot Haiku with disable the local APIC, and this is the same as
 if I disable the SMP.
 I could save a syslog from the normal boot, and I have attached it to the
 ticket. Maybe it can help.
