If it would build on BeOS, chances are pretty high that it would also build on Haiku out of the box, or at least with little effort. I'm afraid the problem is a bit bigger than that.

The license that Haiku, LLC would have for GP V2 would be an OEM
distribution license.

It has been mentioned before, but since you didn't pick it up yet: there is no Haiku, LLC. There is only Haiku Inc.
