This software will convert Gerber into a G-Code for PCB milling:

I haven’t tried it, since I use EagleCAD to design my boards and use an
EagleCAD plugin called pcb-gcode which writes the g-code to mill the board.
I recommend using PCB stock with a paper based substrate such as FR-1 and FR-2.
Fiberglass based stock (FR4, G10),, which is more common, produces dust when
milled that is bad for machines and humans.
