You can then buy a gift card in the Watertown Food Pantry’s name that will
be available to Kathy.
For smaller donations, send them to Barbara and she will pool the
donations to purchase gift cards to support the food pantry. Barbara’s
efforts support the food pantry and a local business that is an important
part of our community. It’s a win-win for all.
Kathy said the pantry is going to change their hours given the ongoing
situation. They will be open one day per week for extended hours. She wants
to get more fresh food to folks, reduce lines, and insure public safety.
The food pantry is looking for innovative ways to serve folks more
effectively. She also said that donations given directly to the food pantry
may need to be used for non-food needs given the hardship they are seeing.
Every donation helps. Thanks to Barbara and Kathy for their efforts to
help those in need.
