end up going to the Black Earth site to register. ( as I understand it thus
far)
When you put in your zip code or town name it lets you know it is free of
charge for Watertown and they will provide you
with the green toter ( or container or bin) that you take to the curb each
week.,

Birds, like owls or hawks, will eat the weakened rat, and then die from the
poison. There was just a case the Globe reported about a Great Horned owl
with babies in the nest. The owl was killed by poisoned rats.
