[guispeak] Re: leading zeros

Look carefully at the options.

For example, in the Time tab, at the foot of the dialog, you
will see it says:-  (My comments in brackets)

h = 12 hour  (lower case h)
H = 24 hour  (upper case H)
hh,mm,ss = leading zero
h,m,s = no leading zero"

So in the "Time format:" list box, select either of the
options with a single letter h.

Thanks I think this sounds right as the regional settings
are set to display leading zeros.
