Hi,
can you please explain what needs to be changed in formatting?
Thanks I think this sounds right as the regional settings are set to
display leading zeros.

Sounds like a word problem to me. Whoever made the form needs to put the proper formatting into it. HTH

Hello all, I did send my question to another list with no response so I hope someone can help here. Not sure if my problem is a word or Win XP problem.
I am using MSWord 2003 and Win XP home second edition.
I have a form in Word that I must enter both date and time in some fields, other fields are either check boxes or text fields.
My problem is I need to enter say the time as 0145. When I do this the leading zero is left off the printed copy, I am left with 145. Dates instead of being 01/01/04 are 1/1/4. How can I get leading zeros to show in these fields. Thanks for any help. N.
