[guispeak] Status of JFWLITE Mailing List?

HI folks. I have a question about accessible small business accounting
software and tried to subscribe to the JFWLite Listserv to post it. The
list requires moderator approval, and I got an e-mail this morning that
the moderator hadn't responded to my request to join in 14 days and my
request was denied. The list has been on Yahoogroups. I'd appreciate
any info about the status of this list.
