[guide.chat] version 5 guide update

Hi Hazel and chatters,
from what I have read on the guide support there is nothing on the new guide to
be Excited about.
Over three Months I have been sent three update disks none of which would
install or rather they did install but wen connecting to SW I was continuously
told that I had no connection, or rather even with the connection with there
computer and using the correct information guide 5 just would not work for me.
on the last Occasion SW did try to connect me through remote control Three
time's and the end Result was that I was left with a PC that I could not use at
all for 17 day's.
Finally I ended up getting a computer specialist to remove guide 5 and
reinstalling Guide 4 hands free so at east I can use my PC again.
whilst off the air I had major problems as I needed documents for my work which
I could not access.
I am sorry to say that I am looking for another package Jaws perhaps as I
cannot be doing with all of the problems that I have Experienced with guide
over the past few Months.
