Hi all Here is another recipe idea. Steamed Trout With Veg Serves 1 Cook a rasher of bacon in a pan or on a grill for two minutes until it is cooked and browned. Leave to cool Lightly butter a sheet of tin foil and place the bacon slice on it. Then place a boneless fillet of trout on top of the bacon and finally cover with a layer of mixed vegetables. Fold the tin foil up around it all into a parcel shape, do not forget to fold up the ends and then cook in a steamer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and cooked. If the veg is cooked the fish and bacon will be too. Serve with a jacket potato. Kevin
