what is exactly wrong because if its his computer then he can't go onSkype can
he?
Is his phone lines working yet because surely now they should of sorted it all
out now because being blind malcolm weill need electric to cook and heat on and
how is he going to communicate if his electric is not on or computer net work
or phone as you said last time somthing abut him being off line for a while
can you please let us all know what is happening thank you
