Oh love this story, this is your very best story as i can picturise mary jane
and all that is happening around her, are you the mary jane in the story or is

Subject: [guide.chat] episode 2 the adventures of Mary Jane
The boarding school that Mary Jane attended was a school for partially
sighted girls but sometimes their lack of sight was not taken into
account,apart from all the cleaning chores they had to do they also had to work
in the garden,we had to weed all the terraces around the outside of the
building on our hands and knees with a meat skewer and of course our nails got
very dirty and broken,each Saturday morning when we had assembly the Principle
of the school Mrs Dee used to come to take morning prayers and afterwards she
used to inspect our clothes and nails she used to get very cross because we had
dirty broken nails, the other staff members in the hall told her that we were
biting our nails and could not get them clean because of this,also we had to
wear a uniform which was handed down from someone who had grown out of it and
it was sometimes darned and patched,sometimes the darn would fray and Mrs Dee
was told that we had picked our jumpers and that is why they look like they do,
On Sundays we used to wear a better uniform for going to church but we had to
take it off as soon as we got back,we were all inspected before going to church
and had to show our clean handkerchief and our collection money for church also
our shoes were inspected we had to all line up and wear Hessian aprons so we
could polish our shoes,
In the summer we were sometimes allowed out in the grounds to play but most
evenings we had to do something that the staff wanted us to do,
On Monday we had Red cross Tuesday we had ballroom dancing lessons, Wednesday
we had french, Thursday we had guides or brownies,Fridays we had lectures which
we had to write essays about afterwards and the principle would read through
them all and pass comment, Saturdays we had music appreciation which always
was classical music,
Sunday was the only free night but we had to sit quiet and read library books,
