It is a shame for us both then, I have lived here for twenty one years now and 
will be sorry to have to move, but am getting no younger and would rather do it 
now then later, also of course I will not be able to afford to keep this place 
going, I also have a housing oficer coming to see me Friday morning, so will 
see what they say.

Am dreading having to sort this place out, there is so much stuff of the kids 
here still, have a loft and outside shed also, nightmare,
