I talked with Everywhere man last week and decided to keep it simple

We already had the campsoght reserved; Pam is likely to bring down
some of €!’s ashes for a little ceremony that didn’t happen last
Oct due to logistical and poor attendance due to COVID (no one seemed
to get too excited about doing something with the ashes I brought from
my wood stove); if the dread pirate COVID is still fucking with our
head and politics by that late date it’s close enough for many dudes
to make a day trip; etc, etc.
Start letting me know if you can make it so I can import the swag
from Wuhan and have it disinfected in time.
This is coming to you all by virtue of me missing the GTD winter camp
out due to a brush with COVID this week...
COVID was a butterfly kiss for me, actually less than a brush. I felt
fuzzy/slight vertigo for a couple hours on Tuesday morning. Got over
it watching AK fishing videos and doubling up on my C, D and Zinc. If
I’d had an adult beverage (well, not that early) or cigar (a weak
possibility) it’d probably never registered except as a kick ass
nicotine over dose. Jan had diarrhea over the weekend, but she has
IBS, so covid wasn’t on the radar, but Monday during lunch she said
“this soup doesn’t have much flavor” DOH! but by Wednesday
morning she could tell I’d screwed up her coffee and made it too
weak. She’s still a little fuzzy but getting better. Neither of us
had a temperature. All’s good here. Two people with a Costco
membership has us prepared for the apocalypse.
