Dave said exactly what I’m thinking.
I’ve been looking at buying a new chainsaw.
I’ve had a Stihi saw for 30 years. It’s served me well but it’s time to replace
it. Stihi has a battery saw that looks sweet $500. It only comes with 1 battery
and I’m concerned about run time.
I looked at new gas power Stihi chainsaws middle weight $300 probably the best
choice for going to the woods to get firewood. Bill, Let us know what you get.

I’ve used pretty much every brand of outdoor power equipment, and now have
two Stihl chainsaws. I like them just fine, except for their aversion to
threaded fuel/oil caps… but I’m used to them now.
I have an 80 V Kobalt rechargeable leaf blower that does a good job, runs for
30-40 minutes on high speed. Our son , Matt has a Kobalt mower, weedeater,
and blower that serve him well on his small lot. Run time seems to be the
biggest complaint. If you live in the ‘burbs on a half acre lot, probably
not your best choice.
One of my best lawn care decisions was to hire it out😬

Any Dudes using electric mowers or chainsaws? If so, what's the verdict?
I've got some aging lawn tools that need replacement and a chainsaw that
parts are no longer available to repair.
Summers coming!
