Permissions for admin licenses are changing, and we've added additional admin
options.
Bill,
We're reaching out to inform you of changes to the terms within our Regpack
Service Agreement, which will take effect on March 1, 2022.
What's changed in our agreement?
1. Admin License Permissions
To prevent unintentional, or unauthorized, access to the user's sensitive
payment information, we've simplified and adjusted our admin permissions
structure.
This was done in accordance with our partners' guidelines, and international
fintech regulations, to lower the risk profile of each merchant account,
validate identities of individuals accessing the financial data, and bridge the
access gap between our Super Admin and Collaborator licenses.
* Introduction of Financial Admin License - This license will be able to
access all facets of payment-related elements along with Super Admins, and will
have access to higher-level modules outside of User Management.
* Collaborator access to payment-related elements will be limited, but
their access to user information and the ability to run reports will remain
unchanged. Collaborator licenses will also remain free of charge.
* All Super and Financial Admin licenses are required to have a
non-group-based email, e.g. info@xxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:info@xxxxxxxxxxxx> or
support@xxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:support@xxxxxxxxxxxx> or
payments@xxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:payments@xxxxxxxxxxxx>, which will not be allowed,
and only emails that can be reasonably understood as unique to a single
individual will be accepted and able to access financial data.
* All Super and Financial Admin payment-related actions (manual payment,
electronic payments, refunds, etc) will be logged and assigned to each
individual admin.
* All logs will be viewable in the back end by Super Admins, Financial
Admins, and Regpack Personnel. In future releases, we will be adding more logs
related to general admin activity and they will be viewable by all parties.
Permissions for Collaborators after March 1, 2022 will be limited to read and
write access to all user data. They can be upgraded at any time to a Super
Admin or a Financial Admin.
If you would like to upgrade a current Collaborator to a Super Admin or
Financial Admin, you can do so from today, so there will be no interruption to
their workflow on March 1, 2022.

2. Regpack Service Agreement
The updates to our service agreement include language on sensitive information
protocols as they relate to our data security and privacy standards, which
require changes to our admin licensing structure for safeguarding user
information.
Updates include:
* An expansion of our cancellation and renewal policies
* A mandated electronic form of payment on file
* Updated service guidelines of our Project Management team and our PM
assistance service

3. Additional Terms Regarding Open API and Webhooks

By agreeing to the Regpack Service Agreement you are also accepting the terms
of our API agreement.
Our Open API and webhooks documentation are now available and can be found here
for review by your technical staff/representatives. If you have questions,
please reach out to the Support team.
Due to the change in our permission structure, an API admin is required to
facilitate any 3rd party integrations/connections. You can add an API admin to
your account through Admin Management by toggling "Yes" to API Admin when
creating the admin profile.
