We give an Incomplete in transcripts. However, as of one hour ago, all
classes but one of our Amer. Lit classes have been posted on DRC. With the
scores, as they come in, I am going back into the teacher's gradebook,
inputting the EOC, reaveraging, and storing just those final grades back
into transcript. So......right now, I'm only missing about 20 scores.
State will not take a grade of I so you can either wait to see what gets
posted or change the grade to State to what's already under the Incomplete.

an incomplete. The problem is that in Infinite Campus, we have gradebooks
set up to calculate the final grade as 80% of all coursework entered, and
20% of the EOC. The calculation doesn’t occur unless the grade is manually
entered into the gradebook.
