We are using I's too, however, we are getting lots of E902 errors because the
I's are not showing as the student taking four courses. It's a mess. I want
to ask DOE if the errors are relievable.

We are missing about 1,000 scores for 9th grade Lit and American Lit. We have
unchecked the "transcript" box on these courses only so we can post all other
courses to transcript. Teachers are entering an "I" on the eoc/exam grade for
9th Lit and American Lit. When scores come in, administrators will enter the
score and I will check the transcript box. We will then post American Lit and
9th Lit to transcript.

What are you all doing to give students a final grade for EOC courses since the
scores are not available? Henry is advising schools to give them an incomplete.
The problem is that in Infinite Campus, we have gradebooks set up to calculate
the final grade as 80% of all coursework entered, and 20% of the EOC. The
calculation doesn't occur unless the grade is manually entered into the
gradebook.
