Paulina, prueba cambiando la configuración de gsdlsite.cfg
en la línea que dice gsdlhome, debiera quedar así:

gsdlhome "C:\Greenstone2", fijateque está la ruta encerrada entre comillas.

Prueba con esto, y veamos que sucede.
