[GradeQuick] Version 9 Site Manager Question

Colleagues,
I am using Version 9. While running Site Manager to Transfer Shared
Options the program will get to a particular teacher and file and stop
responding. This happened to me a few years ago and the fix is not
complicated. Unfortunately, I cannot remember what the fix is. Does
anyone in GQ listland happen to know what I can do to get past the
teacher/file that is not working?
