[gptalk] Vista IE Homepage Redirection Failing

Hi All,
I have a GPO that redirects IE's homepage to an intranet site. This has
worked fine on XP for some time. Meanwhile, I'm doing some testing of
Vista in prep for a deployment, and the redirection fails
intermittently. Initially I had thought it was a result of something odd
with the Dell image on these machines, but even if I manually reset the
homepage (to blank, for instance), the GPO redirection does not always
work. There's no commonality that I can see between when it does and
does not work. Every indication is that the GPO itself is applying.
Any thoughts on what's happening or just some direction in which to
troubleshoot would be appreciated.
