If you're totally new to it, then Notepad may not help much--since you'll
need to learn the syntax first. There are at least a couple of commercial
ADM editors on the market, including Alan Cuthberson's at
http://www.sysprosoft.com/adm_summary.shtml and the Policy Template Editor
tool at http://www.tools4ever.com/products/utilities/policytemplateeditor/
