[gpsbug] Six Races in Frostbite Series

A couple of skippers want to race some more this year, and thought we might
be ending up too early. So, I've decided to add another race to the
frostbite series, but to also add a throw-out.
I will update the website soon to reflect a sixth race on Dec 2nd. And will
score the series with two throw-outs.
I skipped Thanksgiving weekend because some of us can't handle both alimony
and boat payments!
