[gps-talkusers] reporting map errors

Should you wish to report a map error directly to our TeleAtlas North
America map supplier, here is the URL.

I recommend that if you do know of an error, that you wait until you have
our new maps due out shortly before reporting it. Perhaps they fixed it in
this revision.
