Hi Michael
What Peter suggested is good, you could also go into vertual mode then address lookup (space bar with S on the bt, select Northern england, select Newcastle, when asked for address number just press enter, for street type "forth street" then you will be near Newcastle Central Station.

Then to find Newcastle airport do space f to search for airports starting distance 5mi ending distance 6mi and you come up with about a dozen or so airport poi's including the airport hotel.

Are you getting there by train? if so there is the direct Metro service from Newcastle central station to Newcastle Airport it takes about 20 mins and runs every 20 mins through the day and I think half hourly in the evenings.

PS: did you get my email I sent you off list.

Gavin.

Subject: [gps-talkusers] finding places in the uk

Is there a way of finding places in the UK using basic
information?
For example I am going to a Doctor Who convention in
November but the
location for the convention is Newcastle Airport and I
could only find a
basic address on the Internet.
There is no address number and I am not sure if I
managed to find it on
the GPS maps in Braillenote GPS.
