The only way is to send it back to the manufacturer as far as I know but make sure you talk to them first.

The only way to enable WAAS is to use the PC software that came with the GPS
receiver to turn it on, but the catch is as soon as you turn off the GPS
receiver it reverts back and you have to do it again.
This is why we contacted the manufacture and got them to turn it on by
default for us.
