I had the same problem. I realized I had never registered my voice note, so
I did and now I am going to try updating again. I hope it works now.

Hello everyone.
I am heading to a new province with my job and need to download a different
map. What has happened is, I went to my sendero and tried to log in, and it
keeps telling me my cerial number is not found.
Anyone have any ideas what is going on? I am using my Voice sense, and if
there is someone where I can download all of Canada it would be good.
