[gps-talkusers] Issue with 2009 Georgia Maps for the USA

Hello everyone,
Sendero has released a patch for the 2009 Georgia maps because missing
cities and zip codes were recently discovered. We have found the issue and
have rebuilt the Georgia map to fix this issue.
If you have previously downloaded either the Georgia-2009.zip or the
8_usa_southeast.zip file you will need to go and re-download these files
unzip them and copy the new files overtop of the old ones in order to fix
this issue.
No other maps were found to have this issue so it looks like it was an
isolated incident.
