Rich,
This is the sort of thing you should call us about for tech support. The
quick answer is that you must hear a tone when you press and release the
Reset and then keep holding the 3 keys down until you hear the chime. The
message you are getting indicates that you have not completely reset. Call
if you still have trouble.
