Well, getting to the site was only the first hurdle. I finally listened to the video about ordering, and decided that it wasn't worth my time. I am the customer, and the vendor should do everything they can to make it easy for me to spend my money, not harder. Suppose you went to a store, and they told you that before you could make a purchase, you had to do 50 pushups, 40 sit ups, and run 5 laps around the parking lot? How many sales do you think they would make? They lost one customer. I doubt that they care. Clicking the link gave page not found, but copying into the address bar in Safari and hitting enter gave me the page, where I clicked the link for the aftershokz, added 1 to my cart, selected view cart, saw it was in there, typed in the promo code in the appropriately labeled field, saw the discount applied, proceeded to check out etc. No fuss, no muss except for having to paste the link into the browser, since it was split on two lines, but that took maybe 10 seconds. Guess I was lucky.
