[gpodder-devel] feed stopped working since 0.13

I suppose so, I think that method is better than saving authentication data in 
the url (like we used to do). This way if the user changes their password 
they only have to update it in one place in the channel editor gui.

Note: Adding a feed in the form http://<username>:<password>@example.com still 
works, the only difference is that the url will be stored in the db 
with "<username>:<password>@" stripped out.
