So simple! Because my downloads folder and database are all on my OneDrive,
moving from computer to computer is literally as straightforward as
installing thegPodder program (and associated required programs) and
pointing it to OneDrive.

You need to copy the downloads folder (with your podcast files) and
the file called "Database" (it contains the subscriptions, episode
metadata and playback/download state, plus the descriptions). You can
then point the new gPodder installation to that folder and it should
just pick up where you left off on the old computer. Note that gPodder
only stores the path to the downloads/settings folder in the registry,
but no other data is stored - the rest is all stored in the folder
with the Database and downloads.
